However, the learning experience was only one aspect of their time in Turkey. The group also immersed themselves in Turkish culture, explored the local community’s historical heritage, engaged in commerce, and indulged in Turkish cuisine. One of the highlights was participating in river rafting, an exhilarating activity that fostered team bonding and provided a memorable adventure for all involved. Additionally, students had the opportunity to observe marketing practices firsthand during visits to local markets, engaging with Turkish locals and vendors.

Participants from UTW Łazy, UTW Koziegłowy, and FCIL representatives acquired a range of competencies, including linguistic proficiency (English during the course and Turkish on-site), cultural understanding (experiencing Turkish culture and comparing it to Polish), substantive knowledge (in marketing and advertising), and interpersonal skills (networking and social integration).

Each participant received a Europass Mobility certificate, recognized and valued across the European Community, as confirmation of their participation.

Similar to the previous mobility program in Turkey, this project was facilitated by Fundacja Centrum Inicjatyw Lokalnych under its Erasmus Adult Education Accreditation and supported by European Union funding. Go Up Academy Istanbul served as the host organization for the group.
